Sales:

 All merchandise is sold AS IS. All sales are final. No returns or exchanges accepted, nor credit extended.

 

Sales Tax:

All merchandise is subject to Pennsylvania sales tax. The current rate is six percent (6%). Exemption from sales tax requires a valid tax exemption number/certificate which must be presented at the time of purchase.

 

Payment:

 We accept cash, Pennsylvania checks and with a minimum purchase amount of $20.00 we also accept debit cards, Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards.

 

Check Policy:

Out of state checks are not accepted. Checks must be drawn on a Pennsylvania bank with Pennsylvania address. Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License required for identification. Management has the right to refuse any check.

 

Returned Check Fee:

 A $45.00 Returned Check Fee will be charged plus the amount of the original check.

 

Deposits:

 A 30% cash or credit deposit is required to hold items, which must be picked up within 7 days of purchase. If item is not picked up within seven day time frame all money deposited on said item will be forfeited and item will be resold. 

Deposits are not refundable or transferable.

 

Pick-up:

All items must be picked up within 7 days of purchase. A $5.00 per day storage fee will be charged after the 7th day. If after two weeks (14 days) the item(s) are not picked up they will be considered abandoned and resold with no refund or store credit given  

 

Shipping:

We do not ship items directly; however we can assist in helping you ship an item if you are not in the area. It is an extra expense on top of item(s) being purchased. Contact us for more details and information.

 

Delivery:

We do deliver. Ask for details. Delivery fees vary.
